Total Claim Management consists of CMO taking the information needed to submit the claim from the provider, submitting the claim to the insurance company and doing any necessary follow-up to insure that that the claim is being processed in a timely fashion.

CMO will electronically submit a claim to the insurance company so that claims can be processed in a 14-21 day timeframe. By totally outsourcing the insurance claims process to CMO, the provider will eliminate costly rejections and denials that result in a claim not being paid for months.

CMO will look at all of the information received from the provider and determine what information, if any, is missing, determine if the claim is coded properly, determine if the claim has the right information to be deemed medically necessary and then submit a claim that is clean. By focusing on submitting the initial claims accurately, rejections and denials will be reduced significantly.
