•  What multimedia concepts are in use to best present the story and game?

STORY | VISUALS | AUDIO | INTERACTIVITY

AUDIO

The audio sounds used throughout the game helped to further create Chiko's imaginary world. Sound effects added an extra touch of realism to the animations (e.g. Chiko's footsteps as he walked, "swoosh" sound as they rode by on their ride, etc...). The extreme accents used for each of the characters helped to distinguish each in the mind of the player. Sound design in the form of background music and ambiance also played a large role in establishing the mood and tempo during game play while solving puzzles and during the narrative parts where animation was shown to further the story.
